Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We also run discounts and promotions throughout the year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.

Do you offer free shipping?

Free shipping applies automatically in Canada for orders $100 and over

How do I track my order?

Once your order is ready to be shipped you will receive an email notification with your Tracking number. Allow 2-5 days for processing on all orders.

Is it normal for my body butter to melt in transit?

Yes, this is normal during summer months and hot temperatures because of the natural state of our body butters. We suggest that if melting occur, refrigerator your butter for up to 2 hours. After which it should be back to its original form/consistency.

Do you offer wholesale?

Yes, we do offer our products at wholesale (30 MOQ) please email us at JJ@Jadionn.com  for more information.

Can I return my product?

Due to the nature of our products and for hygienic reasons, all sales are final.
