We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you must contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We do not accept returns without prior authorization. If we shipped the wrong item to you by mistake, send us a message; we will re-ship the correct item at no additional cost.
Please note, your original shipping charges are not refunded, and you will be responsible for any costs associated with returning your item(s).

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, collaboration items, merchandise or gift cards. Please email us at email@example.com, or send us a DM on Instagram (@jadionnskin) if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
You may exchange your item within 24hrs of your purchase (before it has been fulfilled or shipped). Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org, or send us a DM on Instagram (@jadionnskin) immediately, in order to exchange your item(s).
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please note it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
